The Justice for Uncompensated Survivors Today (JUST) Act Report is one-time report to Congress on the property restitution record of countries that endorsed the Terezin Declaration in 2009.
The Terezin Declaration is a non-binding statement endorsed by 47 countries that seeks to resolve remaining Holocaust-era property restitution issues. The JUST Act was signed into law by President Trump on May 5, 2018.
This report was originally scheduled for release in in March, but has been delayed by COVID-19.
