Procurement Mission UK

Replacement of Three Weatherproof Free-Standing Booths

The U.S. Embassy London intends to issue a solicitation (RFQ = Request for Quote) for the replacement of three (3) weatherproof, free-standing booths including infrastructure, capable of sheltering up to two people each, manufactured off site and delivered ready for installation, and to include removal of existing booths. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

Please note this RFQ is not ready to be issued as of this date. Interested parties should contact GSO Procurement at the following email address: londonproc@state.gov in order to receive the RFQ package when it is issued.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
