The American Embassy London acting on behalf of the US Consulate General in Hamilton, Bermuda has a requirement for Landscaping services at the Consul General’s residence in Bermuda. Services will include, but not be limited to lawn care, pruning, removal of debris, watering, fertilizing, and pest and disease control.
Only companies specializing in this field should apply for a solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The request for quote (RFQ) documents will be issued once this advert has closed. The release date of the documents is anticipated to be is 28th June 2021.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
