The U.S. Embassy London is currently seeking quotations for the provision of Dedicated Internet Service for the U.S. Embassy London for one year of service, to include quotations for 300Mbit/s, 500Mbit/s and 1Gbit/s, of which only one will be chosen, for the following requirements:
- Fully managed router with capability of bandwidth expansion
- 300Mb IP port.
- Zero contention on bandwidth capacity
- Contiguous IP address range
- Not NAT’d, filtered, or blocked for IPSec ports or protocols
- Fully Managed Service, (24×7) with fault resolution and technical support
- Must not utilize British Telecom (BT) infrastructure
- Fully managed router with capability of bandwidth expansion
- 500Mb IP port
- Zero contention on bandwidth capacity
- Contiguous IP address range
- Not NAT’d, filtered, or blocked for IPSec ports or protocols
- Fully Managed Service, (24×7) with fault resolution and technical support
- Must not utilize British Telecom (BT) infrastructure
- Fully managed router with capability of bandwidth expansion
- 1Gb IP port
- Zero contention on bandwidth capacity
- Contiguous IP address range
- Not NAT’d, filtered, or blocked for IPSec ports or protocols
- Fully Managed Service, (24×7) with fault resolution and technical support
- Must not utilize British Telecom (BT) infrastructure
The main circuit, which this circuit will be a back-up for, is provided by British Telecom (BT), therefore offers for this back-up circuit cannot utilize British Telecom (BT) infrastructure.
Quotations should include lead time for installation, separate prices for any installation charges applicable and monthly rental cost, including and excluding VAT. Offerors may provide quotes for one, two or all three levels of bandwidth.
Only companies specializing in this field should provide a quotation.

The website compiles standard information such as a company’s legal name, street address, contact information, and the type of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM, a DUNS number and an NCAGE code are required. If you do not have these numbers, they must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, either for obtaining the numbers, or for registering in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
