The U.S. Mission to the United Kingdom intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the provision, registration, and delivery of a new diplomatic government-owned vehicle with seven seats suitable for transporting passengers, luggage, and other miscellaneous cargo.
May accept in-country/forecourt vehicle already manufactured, provided it meets the specifications’ minimum requirements. Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply.
It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $30,000 to register on a website called “SAM – System for Award Management” www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as the company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. An NCAGE code and a UEI number are required to register in SAM. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the numbers nor registering for SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
