The U.S. Embassy London intends to issue a solicitation (RFQ = Request for Quote) for the refurbishment of a guest suite at a U.S. Government residence London. The anticipated magnitude of the contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

Please note this RFQ is not ready to be issued as of this date. Interested parties should contact GSO Procurement at the following email address: londonproc@state.gov in order to receive the RFQ package when it is issued.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

The U.S. Embassy London intends to issue a solicitation (RFQ = Request for Quote) for the replacement of the Embassy’s commercial gas kitchen appliances with UK compliant commercial electric appliances, to include supply and installation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

The U.S. Embassy London intends to issue a solicitation (RFQ = Request for Quote) for internal and external window cleaning services. The Contractor shall provide all managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, equipment including an articulated man lift ‘cherry-picker’, materials and insurance as are necessary to accomplish all work required by this contract.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
