Barr, Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf and partners from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom will launch a new initiative to combat online child sexual exploitation and abuse on Thursday, March 5 at 12:30 p.m. EST at the Department of Justice.
