On Tuesday evening, May 7th, 2019, Deputy Chief of Mission Lempert joined the NazLegacyFoundation, Bishop of London, Rt Revd and Rt Hon Dame Sarah Mullally, Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis and the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, at St Paul’s cathedral in London for a special youth Interfaith Iftar.

This Interfaith Iftar, now in it’s fourth year, aims to promote cross-cultural awareness and strengthen the ties between communities in London.

Over one hundred young Londoners from different faiths, or none, come together at these events to discuss faith and how to bring different communities in London together with a spirit of community, unity, and public service.
